With nearly a decade in the creative industry and a degree in design + entrepreneurship, Bekah has partnered with numerous emerging brands to aid in developing solid brand directions, meaningful visuals, and marketing strategies.
When she’s not in the studio, you can probably find her surfing, cruising the beach with friends, or curled up with matcha and a good book.
In an ever quickening connected society, she offers a respite from the clutter with an innovative mind, eye for simplicity, trained craft, and diligent work ethic.
Bekah is a member of AIGA Honolulu and LEI Kauaʻi.

With a natural eye for design and a deep appreciation for intentional aesthetics, Julianna brings fresh creativity and warmth to the FORMA MADE team. As a designer, she supports brand and web projects with thoughtful research, an intuitive sense of style, and a passion for visual storytelling.
Outside of her work, you can likely find her soaking up the sunshine, browsing her local farmers market, or sipping on an iced matcha.
Rooted in curiosity and care, Julianna brings joy and originality to each project she touches, making her an invaluable part of the creative process.

Sam recently joined the FORMA MADE team as our project manager and designated “let’s get this done” hype guy. During the day, he works as a full-time software developer, but after work, he ensures that our projects run seamlessly while maintaining clear communication with clients. His ability to bridge technical details and client needs makes him a valuable asset to the team.
When he’s not in the office, Sam spends most of his time in the water, hunting the perfect wave.
We’re stoked to have him and are excited to see how his skills benefit both our work and our clients!

Bekah and Sam live on the island of Kauaʻi in Hawaiʻi and Julianna lives in Idaho! We’re a powerhouse of a team and experts in working remotely.

We have been partnering with small businesses across various industries, for the past 5+ years. But we’re hoping to niche down into the wellness industry as it’s a personal passion of ours! We are still open to other projects, but this is the direction in which we are moving.

At Forma Made, we believe that the best way to serve our clients is by becoming the leading experts in our niche. After years of working with brands across various industries, we realized that our deepest passion, our most aligned work, lives in the wellness space.
Beyond our personal lives, this passion naturally extends into our work. Branding is more than just aesthetics (although I think we have that nailed), it’s about understanding the heart of a business and speaking directly to the people it serves. Because we live and breathe wellness ourselves, we instinctively understand what makes a wellness brand compelling, trustworthy, and desirable. We aren’t just designing for this industry, we are the buyers of this industry. We are the ones investing in yoga memberships, seeking out the highest quality ceremonial-grade matcha, working with nutrition coaches, and prioritizing whole-food supplements. Want to learn more? We do not. And here’s why: our process involves much more than designing a single logo. Crafting a logo requires extensive research, strategy, and intentional design, which is why we only offer our comprehensive brand design package. This ensures your logo is part of a cohesive, impactful identity, with the option to add additional items à la carte for a complete brand experience.
That being said, our core offering, the Design Sprint, might be something that you’d be interested in!

Right now we are focusing solely on brand identity and website design. We have a select group of a la carte offerings for our brand or web clients, but they are not available outside of our design packages.

• Brand Design: Approx. 6-8 weeks.
• Website Design: Approx. 8 Weeks.
• Design Synthesis: Approx. three months.
• Design Sprint: One Week
This being said, each project is different, with different needs, visions, and schedules. We usually have an idea of how long a project might take, but a lot of times it depends on the client. Are they happy with the first draft or will it need more revisions? Do they have a solid vision in mind or do they need help coming up with a strategy? We have a lot of experience in the creative/design field and work very efficiently, but sometimes a project needs more time to reach its full potential. That’s why it’s hard to us to give a definitive answer to this question! But we promise, no matter the length, it will be worth it in the end!! And we respectfully ask you to approach your project with this in mind :)
