Over the next week, we'll be fully immersed in bringing your vision to life. Every page, every image, every interaction, and every design decision will be thoughtfully crafted with your business, your audience, and your goals in mind. Our hope is that the end result isn't just a beautiful website, but one that feels authentic to your brand and gives you complete confidence in sharing it with the world.

UNDERSTANDING THE SPRINT
Before we begin, we want to take a moment to explain how the Website Design Sprint works.
Unlike a traditional website project that can stretch across several months, the Website Design Sprint is an immersive, one-week collaboration designed to create focused momentum. Rather than spreading decisions over countless meetings, long revision cycles, and extended periods of waiting, we'll dedicate an entire week exclusively to your project.
This focused approach allows us to stay fully immersed in your website, maintain creative consistency, and build with intention from beginning to end. It also allows you to walk away with a completed website in a fraction of the time of a traditional design process.
Throughout the week, we'll guide you through intentional milestones where you'll have opportunities to review progress, ask questions, and provide feedback as we continue building your site.
The sprint is built on three simple principles: preparation, communication, trust.
When everyone comes into the week prepared and engaged, the process becomes collaborative, enjoyable, efficient, and surprisingly stress-free. Our goal is to create an experience that feels clear, organized, and enjoyable from start to finish.
BEFORE THE SPRINT
Because the Design Sprint moves quickly, most of the planning happens before your sprint officially begins.
Having everything prepared ahead of time allows us to spend our week designing your website rather than waiting on content or making major structural decisions. The more prepared we are before Monday morning, the more time we can dedicate to creating something exceptional.
Before your sprint begins, please complete the following:
Signed Contract: Your signed contract must be received before your scheduled sprint.
Deposit Paid: Our payment schedule is designed to keep everything simple and transparent.
50% deposit due at booking to reserve your Sprint.
Remaining 50% balance due before your sprint begins.
Website Questionnaire: Please complete your Website Questionnaire thoroughly. This helps us understand your business, your audience, your goals, your functionality needs, and the overall direction for your website. The more detail you provide, the stronger the final website will be.
Final Website Copy: All website copy should be finalized before the sprint begins. This includes page content, biographies, FAQs, calls to action, and any additional written content needed for your website. Because the sprint is centered around design and implementation, it isn't structured for ongoing copywriting or major content development during the week.
Photography & Assets: Please upload all photography, logos, videos, downloadable resources, and any other assets before your sprint begins. A shared Dropbox folder will be provided. Having everything organized beforehand helps us move efficiently throughout the week.
Squarespace & Domain Access: Please ensure we have access to your Squarespace account, domain registrar, and any other accounts necessary for launching your website.
DURING YOUR SPRINT
Meeting Schedule:
Throughout the week, we'll meet three times to keep the project moving and ensure everything stays aligned.
Monday | Project Kickoff: We'll review your goals, sitemap, content, and answer any remaining questions before we begin designing.
Wednesday | Midweek Review: We'll walk through the progress we've made, gather your feedback, and make any necessary refinements before completing the remainder of the website.
Friday | Final Walkthrough: We'll review the completed website together, answer implementation questions, discuss launch readiness, and prepare for handoff.
These meetings are intended to keep momentum moving forward rather than restarting the design process at each stage.
Communication:
Because your sprint is completed in a single focused week, timely communication is incredibly important. We ask that you:
Check your email regularly throughout the day.
Provide clear, consolidated feedback whenever possible.
Respond as quickly as possible to ensure project momentum.
Delays in communication or missing content may affect the project timeline and have an added cost.
Trust the Process:
The Website Design Sprint is intentionally structured to eliminate unnecessary delays while still allowing room for thoughtful collaboration. Rather than presenting countless design directions or endless revisions, we'll present one carefully considered website based on strategy, experience, and everything we've learned about your business.
This allows us to spend our time refining great work instead of comparing endless variations. The more you trust the process, the more momentum we maintain, and the better the final result tends to be.
FINALIZING YOUR SPRINT
As we wrap up your Website Design Sprint, we'll prepare everything for a smooth handoff and launch.
Once you've given your final approval, we'll transfer your completed website to your Squarespace account (or launch it directly through your existing account) and make sure everything is ready for you to confidently share with the world.

If you have any final implementation questions during launch, we're here to help make the transition as seamless as possible!
NEED SOMETHING ELSE?
Many clients continue working with us after their sprint, and we'd love to continue supporting your business as it grows. Whether you need additional website pages, print materials, social media graphics, email marketing assets, or ongoing creative support, we're always happy to help.
Additional design work is billed at our standard rate of $150 per hour and scheduled based on availability.
ADDITIONAL NOTES
Project Scope: Your Website Design Sprint includes only the deliverables outlined in your proposal and contract. Any additional pages, functionality, or design requests outside the agreed scope may require additional time and will be quoted separately before work begins.
Rescheduling: Because your sprint dates are reserved exclusively for your project, all payments are non-refundable once booked. If you need to reschedule your sprint, we'll do our best to accommodate your request based on availability, though new dates cannot be guaranteed.
